Young Researchers Program
Within the Young Researchers Program young researchers have the possibility to present their PhD proposals. Their papers should be “work in progress” and not be finished dissertations. Experienced colleagues will facilitate and reflect the presentations. Additionally feedback from the participants will be given to the presenters. Both the presentation and the feedback should last about 15 minutes.
Papers
Papers within the listed topics above should not last longer than 20 minutes. The following 10 minutes give the opportunity to receive feedback and to answer questions.
Poster
Posters can be designed relating to the topics I to IX and should have a format of A0. The authors present their posters within 3 to 5 minutes in a facilitated poster session. Moreover the posters are exhibited during the whole conference.
Forum
Forums intend a collegial exchange about important and overlapping concerns and problems in the field of vocational and business education. On the one hand the forums should provide exact and differentiated descriptions of certain situations or problems and should on the other hand lead to discussions and focus on recommendations, concepts and initiatives. Within a forum short presentations (10 min.) can be held.
